How to make most of the Excel tool

The aim of this page is to list some interesting Excel features / functions
We will introduce two very popular features among data management users. Again these features consider the user data as a small data base composed of a set of columns, each one containing some data.
The first one is a feature enabling the production of various analysis and comparisons in particular by cross-crossing variables and computing simple statistics (count, sum, min, max, mean, standard deviation) based on numerical data from the excel sheet.
The 2nd one allows a visual and in-place analysis by the way of the application of filters on the data.
